Parent-child office
With the purpose to promote better compatibility of work and family life, DESY in Hamburg provides a parent-child office on the campus. This room may be used as a rest area for pregnant and breast-feeding women and as a parent-and-child office.
You can find the parent-child office in bldg. 6 (Campus Hamburg), ground floor, directly opposite the post office and it can be used without prior reservation. Interested parents can pick up the key directly at the gate Notkestrasse and register in the usage book. You can find more detailed information on how to use the facility here:
The Institute for Experimental Physics (uni) at the DESY-Campus also has a rest room (nursing room). This room is freely accessible at any time and does not have to be booked. It is located in building 67, room 111.
