The Women’s Representatives DESY consists of up to six departmental representatives and their deputies (= members of the Women’s Representatives DESY).
They are elected every four years by DESY's female employees.
The Equal Opportunities Officer, the deputy Equal Opportunities Officer, the Women’s Representative Zeuthen and her deputy are also members of the Women's Representatives.
The Equal Opportunities Officer represents the Women's Representatives externally and conducts its business.
The areas covered by the Women's Representatives are science, technology, administration, Zeuthen and guests.
The Women's Representatives support and advise the Equal Opportunities Officer and the Women’s Representative Zeuthen.
The members of the Women's Representatives are contact persons at DESY for all women.
